The comps leading wicket taker mark 'swingking' abbott ended taking a 'hat-trick' great effort especially in a finał. Strath inform with the bat finally, hopefully should just get over the line. Any other scores from the grades today?
Cant see Strath getting 205. In form with the bat? Just about every team are in form with the bat after playing at Wistow the week b4 at this time of year. 200+ batting 1st wins about 90% of finals these days.
Nairne humiliated Hahndorf. Hahn 66 to Nairne 5/150 odd? b4 the game called off.
Yeah fair call 'jackpot' I think last week was the only time strath has passed 200 so definitely a tough job ahead, come to think of it. So the other a grade final all over already no play tomorrow? I'm guessing hassold didn't make many and the rest of Hahndorf offered little resistance? Or did Hahndorf have some of there better batters playing in the c grade final

Well my November prediction has not surprisingly come to fruition after Woodside strangled Strath today, bowling them out for 124 in reply to their 204.
Nairne to start Favorites but far from unbeatable. Nairne $1.55 Woodside $2.60
Two in a row for Paracombe in the TVCA. Chasing 173 they were cruising at 3/150, only to lose 5/16 as the runs completely dried up. Needing 7 with 2 wickets in hand they managed to get there in a tense finish, with probably half a dozen overs remaining.

Good work "Jackpot Jim" any tips on the AFL ladder?
Nairne to start slight favorites i think, but Woodside would like their chances in the GF, i'm tipping Woodside who have one trophy in the cabinet already this season, pernerial bridesmaids could be the bride.
Woodside for mine, I think they'll be very hungry to win a premiership for the first time in the A&EHCA Comp, especially after their semi final loss last season.

No... not again!!!! Hillsy the saviour with the bat??? Whats the story there? Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!
Hardly the saviour! Squeezing out 7 runs when the top 5 had already batted brilliantly to set up the win was the easy part. Batting 10 and tending to the scorebook at 4-163, it wasn't a scenario i thought would play out. Losing 4-3 certainly set up a tense finish but to be honest it's pretty awesome to hit the winnings runs in a GF.

Hmmm... Guessing you really dont like Woodside?? Surely you wouldn't want the Razorbacks to win 5 in a row? A long lasting dominance by one side surely doesn't promotes a healthy Association. Look what happened to the TVCA after 8 or 9 years of The Tigers winning flag after flag after flag...

Hmmm... Guessing you really dont like Woodside?? Correct. Respect how they've grown though and miss playing against them. Surely you wouldn't want the Razorbacks to win 5 in a row? Fair enough point, and the Lobey example is a relevant one. One more wont hurt though
