Been watching the ski-jumping part of the Nordic Combined but not sure if I can take much more without clubbing to death the double act they've got on the tannoy system there that are so loud they're drowning out our commentary team...bloody annoying to say the least

Hopefully I'll be able to watch some snowboard cross tomorrow evening to make up for it :D

Regards

the US womens moguls uniforms look like pyjamas!

Gotta feel a bit for Jennifer Heil who won silver. Soooo close to becomming the fist Canadian to win Gold on home soil. But Kearney's run was amazing. Highest score in Olympic history I believe?

I heard Eddie say last night that there is a Canadian born athlete on the Aussie team, who could still become the first Canadian born athlete to win gold in Canada - that would be hilarious!

Yeah. Dale Begg-Smith (IIRC). In the moguls too. Won GOLD in Turin for Australia. A dot.com millionaire before he turned 20......

Would be quite funny if he came through again!

NISHI Nobuyuki has posted a good score at 25.11. It will require a score pretty close to 26 for a medal IMO. Possible 26+ for a gold medal.

The Frenchie fluffs it and DBS wins Silver. Great Effort.

Congratulations to Alexandre Bilodeau for becoming the first Canadian to win Gold on Candian soil. Pity he's a frenchie!
