who cares about numbers boys , aparently we play cricket :? so build a bridge and keep playing
the game we all love . as far as vista is concerned i am sure they still have enough quality players
left that it shouldnt matter any way . but that is only my thoughts

I agree with smasha, who gives a f**k about stupid numbers on tops! Fancy having a sook over something so trivial (if indeed it is true) would've thought the focus would be on having a good year and chasing another flag

As for the decrease in teams, don't think its a bad thing necassarily, obviously cuts back costs on hiring a 2nd ground and also eliminates players who aren't fully committed to the club and the game and should in theory press for more competitive selections and teams.

Is this the first post you have done sober. It actualy makes sense to other people. I always thought you were a bit of a Rockstar.

PV are treating this year the same as any other year.

What are peoples thought. Maybe this year we could ditch the One Day Comp. I think if we played 5 2 day games,5 one day games and 5 T20 games this would mean that you play every other team 3 times. This format should suit all people. Please let me know you thought. I am sure even phantom would be able to remain positive on this matter.

Robbie Ray you need to take a good hard look at your self.

Your proposal sounds like it came straight from the Assoc Exec or are you auditioning for an Assoc Exec position? Would depend how it was structured to ensure you played a few two day games leading into finals.
A 20/20 would only take up half the arvo would it not? Maybe play two 20/20 games on the same day against the same opposition. So you would play 10 20/20 games over the course the year.

Id play the T20 games as double headers with A/B grades....great day out. So the exec would have to play clubs against each other (obviously where possible) with A and B grades playing each other.
