Political attack by a Liberal state politician ... so what, that's not evidence.

FACT: Police have not laid any charges yet.

thats true stig but i dont think it will be long.. even tho the labor power mongers are trying there utmost for that not to happen, i guess with all the information they have it will not make a difference what lengths the labor scaremongers go to. He will certainly have his day in court.

There's a full stop and the end of my sentence, in fact three of them.

Justice will prevail according to the laws of the land, nothing else, not even the actions of Labor or Coalition figures.

By the way, you're like a little kid that has to get the last word in ...

southee you and the other one should let the police do their job, they're investigating to see IF there is anything to warrant charging the guy.

Just implying you and the police might have different definitions of what might be called "evidence".

Doubt it in this case, however I am sure they may have different definitions as to what is proof.

And the best way for the media to allow allegations of criminal behaviour to avoid prosecution or unduly influence any potential legal proceedings is to publish so-called 'evidence'.

If there are any charges laid then the defence would have a very easy job ...

LOL, FFS, didn't say whether he is guilty or innocent ... in case you didn't notice, we have a legal system that takes care of things like this, and if he is ever charged, will be judged accordingly with the appropriate penalty.

Would you like me to write it in crayon on butcher's paper, in large letters with the obligatory grammatical and spelling mistakes, so you can understand?

He is also getting watched for his own welfare.

I do agree with straight talker....if it was a liberal MP he or she would be shot down in flames on this thread.
