Biggest positive is sales indicate the crowd will be 50% locals, up from 35% in 2017, that's 1,500 people....yep
3 big announcements tonight from the club apparently.
Any idea what they are?
The Vic media have been saying for a few days that the China game may be signed off on for a long term deal soon. Wines re-signing possibly another?
Best guess :
Wines re-signed
Back-to-back games in China in 2019
Chinese sponsor ( I've heard whispers here )

They will lose the $350000 state government sponsorship. The premier backed himself into that yesterday.

By back to back games, do you mean as an example, Gold Coast week one and GWS week two?

No my guess is the games are about 3 hours apart. It’s China after all.

I think the AFL is keen to get a Victorian team on board.

Back to back games in China next season, Suns and Saints to be the opponents. Next year is likely to be the Suns last game in China.

With Buddy back this week, should be interesting to see how he goes with our number one forward Ronke. Haven’t played together before, so I hope Lance doesn’t get in his way

What are the odds of Ronke not kicking a goal this week?

Pretty high I reckon. Still a kid, I don’t see him backing it up this week..
I like what Longmire said to him after the game, congratulated him on his 10 tackles and not his goals.

Not locked in as North’s opponent next year. They’re also the club receiving more AFL handouts in Victoria than any other club.
