If you could all put your SAFooty username on the transfer that would be helpful, Cheers

How does everyone feel about the Trifecta selection process? My two thoughts (doesn't have to be either of these) are:

- Thrash it out on here in the thread
- Send your selections to me or Dutchy and keep them private, that way any double-up selections just increase the %age

Doesn't phase me which way we go about it so feel free to share your thoughts lads.

I couldn't fit in "your SAFooty username" so I just put in LM, I hope that's fine.

Perhaps cap how many horses we want in the tri and everyone do a 3,2,1 thingy, those horses with the most votes get the nod? IDK

My preference, but also get the opportunity to change of yours is a double up.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

No point keeping them private if you get to pick another one

It gets timely for the organiser having to go back and forth asking people for extra picks, especially if he places them on the day, perhaps we submit a back-up?

I know I'll be 6 pints deep by 2:30pm on the day and probably 15-20 by the time I stagger home.

Yeah I'll be trying to finalise my Extravaganza committments by the Monday before, with a 9:30 start on Cup day.

I think your idea might be the best bud (well to me anyway), if everyone sends through their selection with an emergency option, be surprised if we dont have doubleups still anyway.

I've taken the Tuesday and Wednesday off as a safety factor.

In retrospect I'm happy if there's double ups and the %age increases.

Keep them private to Dutchy IMO.

Its the only way to go, otherwise you get single digit %.

You know what will happen, no one will put the favourite in because someone else will, and, well, it will run a drum!

In retrospect, I wish we were doing this on derby day!
