Much can change between now and then is the positive. Conversations with sa health will continue.

Look how much has changed with the afl clubs and their restrictions in the last fortnight as an example.

Fingers crossed anyway.

Saw a Cricket Australia program showing a T20 vs India at Adelaide Oval on Oct 17. If this is correct, that would be the SANFL Grand Final day/ weekend, would make it interesting what would happen!

Whoever wins out of Australia and India is crowned the 2020 SANFL Premier.

Cricket Saturday and SANFL Sunday. They use drop in wickets. Don't know the turnaaround time, hopefully not a day night T20. They may have time to work all night and change the ground over.

I doubt the T20 will go ahead but even if it did the first scheduled game for AO is in November, even if there was a practise game on Oct 17 its a drop in pitch and the SANFL GF would be on the Sunday (Oct 18). I'm sure they'd just move a practise game to their oval opposite the RAH.
I can't see anywhere there's a cricket game at Adelaide Oval on Oct 17 , the only thing I can find is a Spartan Sprint race: https://www.spartanrace.com.au/en/race/detail/5254/overview

Umm, the Bundesliga has resumed without crowds as well.

Newsflash............ There is No virus here, unlike Europe and the job to flatten curve ain’t

Yes, think this would be correct, well done!

ICC meeting tonight so we should have a decision.

As a South supporter the grand final date is very important to me in order to plan my schedule.

Shhhh, people will cotton on to why we play so well at Adelaide Oval because it is in North Adelaide afterall. ;)

That is just to compensate you North Adelaide/Geelong supporters for the raw deal you get with finals at (or should that be, not at?) Geelong.

This may come true!! Jake Parkinson was asked question on radio today and said if cricket game goes ahead the GF would be played at one of the Suburban grounds. That would be a massive story! They must be pretty confident the T20 World Cup is going to be postponed.

Or potentially the cricket game could be played elsewhere, how many are you getting to a t20 warm up game? 10-15k? SANFL GF is up to 40k. (Presuming crowds are allowed by then)

India want the T20 WC postponed to 2021 so they can play the IPL
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
