It's a salary dump, we have plenty of cap space. He's on 400k for his last year which would be well below average wage now. He won't (i hope) play AFL, strengthens the ressies so meh. If it's given us an extra pick by taking his salary then so be it

All part of Kenny's "now" strategy, hard to see that if they had a new coach they would be executing stuff like this.

Suns need to reduce their list number by 5 due to previous concessions being scaled back. Freeing up a list position is more valuable than the salary cap.

However what it doesn’t take into account is it’s taking up 2 more list spots (1 player out, 3 in).

I wouldn’t be disappointed if us holding out for a bit more meant this deal falls through.

He musn't want to go there (Reportedly offered more coin at North) but with the position North are in, would it matter if he wants to or not? Sifting through all the rubbish online, North fans seem split about this
