Looks a match race 1 and 8.
8 was heavily supported last start and the change of trainer has given it a new lease if life.
This is the final.
I'm keen on the 1 to kick up on the fence early and hold the lead.
I thought 1 should be fav over the 8.

Race 2
Heat 1 Cup

1 has trialled ok
2 isnt going as well as it was a year ago, but any trouble up front and its the one running on hard.
4 has to be a chance, if it splits in the 4.30s
7 looks leader and does look the winner. The $2 is rockbottom so just a watch race.

Race 3
Heat 2
3 golden night should be winning here. $1.85 is no value though
4 is moderate and crashes left and I'll lay it on betfair.
6 is the one at odds that can run a place.

Race 4
Heat 3

3 Major Major looks suited here. Just looks better than these. Quite even behind it with the 1,4,67.
$2.50 the 3 but watch the market flucs with it and the 1.

Race 5
Heat 4
1 looks a betfair lay for me at its price. May lead, but it needs the 4 to get stuck in traffic.
The blowout is the 7 cawbourne madox.
Happy to take $4.20 about the 4.

Race 6
Heat 5
8 coorong lucy has done a lazarus. Been trialling ok around the 30.10. Was on equal terms with Shadow Mist before its injury.
However at $2 its not a betting prop for me. Happily cheer her home.
2 lektra theory went super in the match race. But looks a watch race.

Race 7
Heat 6
1 kipling looks the gooods here to lead and win. And happily take the $1.90
2 low flying crow is in the right kennel, but i couldnt have it.
3 long gully barny - will need to cross the red, it wont. Its a betfair play for me.
4 velocity dory will be 200/1 it cant win, but she will be dour and running on so any trouble up front and it could sneak a hole in the top 4
7 couture - drinks milk

Race 8
Heat 7

No idea here. Think Alfieri leads them.

Race 9

Thought it was a match race between 2,7

Adelaide Cup night friday night.
