As for Brighton slipping into the relegation zone, unlikely, Pembroke and Woody Rec don't seem likely to win a game all season (except when they play each other in Rd 11). Both sides' next three games are against the top 5 clubs. Going to be a long and hot Jan/Feb for these boys.
Reynella won on first innings and got done outright. Top 2 look set in both A1s and A2s.
Pretty amusing stuff at Payneham oval on the weekend according to the Paoc boys...... Payneham lost outright before tea! The Payneham coach made his team do centre wicket practice in their whites while the Paoc lads went up stairs to eat tea and have a few beers!

A lot of teams would have been dobbed in on wet pitches last week and ended up in a pretty ordinary position. Maybe getting the same conditions as last week might give them a chance to get back in the game or even save it if washed out.
Looks like cards tomorrow. Only 3 games got started last week. We were one of them and lost the toss. Game over. So looks like 10 teams get a draw, 1 a first innings win, and 1 a loss. Friggin sux to be us!
The conditions around the CBD last night and today id be very surprised to see any actions for games around this area tomorrow. Not a lot of rain North as far as ive heard but that could change..
We got dobbed on a wet one last week and the opposition are about 20 short of victory.. Wash out would be horrible

Yup, certainly were. Blighty came on and took 6 for 5 off 7 overs.
Interesting one in the LO comp on Saturday too. MSCC forfeited their LO1s (who are 9th and can't make finals), and proceeded to gather wins in LO2 (2nd), LO3 (3rd), LO4 (5th) and LO5 (2nd). Not only did they not pull players up to fill the LO1s, they even dropped guys down, who had played every game in LO1 to play in the other sides.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

Surely you have rules to prevent that? Like you must forfeit your lowest grade 1st?

Yes they are supposed to forfeit their lowest side. According to ATCA by-laws they have 14 days to come up with a satisfactory explanation. Don't think they can have one though considering they allegedly filtered guys back through the grades.
