Re: NBA
Dallas sign Monta Ellis for 3 year and back out on the 3 year deal they offered to Devin Harris.
Atlanta have matched the offer sheet for a 4 year deal Milwaukee gave Jeff Teague.

I read the schedule comes out July 25th. Anyone that has previously been to games before know how soon tickets become available for purchase. I wanna get in as soon as they are on sale for the games I can get to

Re: NBA
The ex-wife of US basketball star Dwyane Wade has launched a very public protest against her former husband, taking to the streets with a poster claiming he had left her homeless.
Siohvaughn Funches-Wade was filmed carrying the sign, which read 'NBA Miami Heat star mother of his children on the streets', in Wade’s hometown of Chicago in an apparent attempt to humiliate him, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Funches-Wade and the NBA star were highschool sweethearts and married in Chicago in 2002.
But the couple divorced in 2008, after having two children together.

I've read that the divorce settlement was $1m straight up, then $25k per month for child support. since now she doesn't have the kids due to a (alleged) drug problem, she now receives diddly-squat from him. presumably she's lost the $1m lump sum, and the $25k per month to her (alleged) drug problem.

Re: NBA
The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Apparently they've given her a "very generous" settlement. They also said in their statement
"Wade has been paying his ex-wife $25,000 a month, plus paid her mortgage, for four cars, insurance, taxes and the fees incurred by the 16 attorneys she retained during the divorce and custody fights."
Sound to me like he gave her plenty before this, then she complains publicly and gets a chunk more. Just out of pure speculation I wonder whether it came with any conditions regarding custody.

Anyone know when the fixtures for next season roughly come out? Looking at teeing up a match whilst on my honeymoon in late April on the East Coast.

Re: NBA
Nah it hasn't. But it's been leaked that's what the Xmas game is. Rumour is TNT has a scheduled show on the 6th August so they're tipping that's when it will be released
