No doubt in my mind.
You sticking around and watching the second game PG?
I reckon I owe you a beer for the grief I have given you on here.

It's good to see Mitchell Park field a C grade! As with all sides (except PNU) there will be times no doubt this year when it's tougher to get players or have weaker sides, but at least blokes are getting a game
Personally i'm looking forward to playing Para Hills & Kilburn under lights, mixed with a couple triple headers breaks up the season bit more and adds a bit of variety instead of the same old 2:15 start in front of a crowd of 15
Pretty sure last years game between PNU v IF had a crowd of >100....Hard to forget that day when an enigmatic left footer kicked a bag of 7 or 8
I think the PNU v Pultney game will have a crowd of close to a ton and with the forecast 29 degrees hopefully people wont be in their cars but catching an eyefull of the Falcon show. Should be a good day.

Re: Division C4 2013
It's probably too late to be organising them now but what's the go with the Friday night games? Looking at our draw there are a few times we'd be happy to play Fridays if others can accomodate it. Is it just up to the 2 teams or do the league have to approve it as well?

Not sure how many clubs would be keen. PNU would not. Logistical nightmare for the C grade and everytime we have a day where the Cs are at the As game someone gets arrested

Despite the bad things you say about me, I still enjoy hearing this story!

Para Hills would be happy to have as many Friday night games as possible, just PM if you are keen

Hard to say, but lost a few from the club and havent recruited overly aggressively in the higher sides. Haven't been a strong side for a long while now, and struggled last year with the same aging players.
However do know of a few who are available because its a fri night game and will be their better players.

Re: Division C4 2013
lol oops my bad, for some reason thought kilburn & para hills were playing tonight haha.
I dropped in kilburn, looked at the side its not a bad one but same blokes from 10 years sho haha, midfield looked very ordinary but have named blokes like jaimyn tripp & dale aguis who have played a lot of A grade footy, few other handy sorts lurking, will ne interesting, if glenunga are like they were last year id say very close game but kilburns favou

Thank you for the reply. Glenunga aren't fielding the strongest team because the A grade have a lot of outs which obviously has a chain reaction, but I believe there are two A graders from last year playing for the C grade and a few B grade boys to fill in. WIll be interesting

No I went to the lower grades and watched Port and Sturt
got a mate from TOS
Interesting to hear it was at the Paddocks as well. Trinity will be around the mark for sure if not the team to beat

It was good to play on a Friday night under lights, an interesting experience.
Trinitys run and carry in numbers last night was impressive, some very young and quick players and their full forward marked and kicked everything that came close.

Re: Division C4 2013
Unlucky mate, you hit a good MPFC C Grade side. Your lads held it together though and fought it out well.
Was a pleasure to shake your hand as well mate! Hopefully see you on the return leg.

Haha I hope I dont see you. Hopefully your playing higher lol.
Was a tough day but I was happy with the way we fought it out and in patches showed how good we potentially can be. Surprisingly i actually feel more positive now about the season than i did before the game despite being flogged.
Our 1st part of the 1st quarter & 3rd quarter were very competitive, but the fitness and skill level was the biggest factor and that's why we are playing c grade..
