Ok. I will say no more. BUT can you let me know when the job as A's coach is on the board for next year. I may give it ago. And yes it will be on the board. Mike Platten only thinks about Mike Platten. If they are all happy with Matt then they can sign him up now and not wait till the end of the season.
2 things mate.
a) Its Mick Platten! (So u obviously know him well pfft)
b) Its in the constitution that the job is up at end of every season, like a lot of clubs. If not most!
You neednt apply mate ur obviously a bit of a dickhead
I don't know him well but what I do know is that if they want to get on top agian then they need to look at coach's that have more footy behind then. I was very happy with Chris ( scally) Platten. He has a good background and know's a lot of people in the game. From what I have been told from inside the club they went for Matt as he said he could bring a number of players and not much $$$ to get him. The heart of the Eliz club is a good one but I just can't understand what they are doing with Matt.
I dont know Matt G at all but i do know a few guys who play down at Argana park and he is well liked by the players and has their backing. He workers the guys hard and is a good communicator and has game plan and has the club at heart.
So what more do you want from a coach CC.
I know Mick Platten from playing against him when he was playing top level football he was a great club man and very good player worked hard for his club on the field. He play for the jumper not himself and always at 110% a real clubman.
Now he does this off field as the President
All i can say to you CC he is what the Elizabeth club is about a passion for his club like no other.
Something u will never ever have! CC

heard about harvey coming to heccies starting from the prelim final last year but then heard he has a house built back at victor and was moving back. from what i gathered he was no chance of playing.

Has Plympton recruited or lost any of their playing group from `09??? i would think they`d be hellbent on gettin to the GF, and spare no expense on gettin it done...
