Fab Five never stopped balling in my mind!
A mate let me borrow his box set: Vol. 1 & 2.
Smashing through it at one (sometimes two) docos a day...
ESPN just showed the one about Bo Jackson, crazy good athlete, I really enjoyed it considering I had never really heard of him before
My fave is The Marinovich Project.

Great story. Some of these you couldn't make up. Watched Winning Time the other night. How Miller won THAT game was amazing. Also a good laugh too.

Huge call but 'the two escobars' is one of the best doco's I have ever seen as well. ESPN show it often another classic

Of those 30 for 30 docos the Drazen Petrovic/Vlade Divac one still brings a tear to my eye. I'll never forget the day of his death that morning in high school a Croatian friend of mine was beside himself.

The House of Steinbrenner is the only one I've found to be a bit of a snoozer.
Unmatched - about the great friendship between Chris Evert and Martina Navratilova was a bit "girly".
Felt like I crashed their party...

IIRC, not the ads so much. Mainly posters and stuff in sports/card stores. MJ and Bo were the faces of Nike at one time, if I'm not mistaken...

Yeah, Croat mates still talk about Petro.
He was just heating up, too.
DC, Special K & Petro - exciting Nets team...

Catching Hell: Steve Bartman Story about the guy who caught the ball at a cubs game is great also, but it goes a bit long.

Agreed, certainly could've been better. The visuals though with the landscapes and stuff are outstanding but could've done with a bit more action and blatantly left a lot questions un-answered for a sequel. Oh and needs more Engineers!
Very interesting concept though and IMO didn't even need to be a prequel to Alien, would've been a good idea as a standalone movie(s).
Saw it at the movies and was a bit let down but enjoyed it much more for what it is second time around.
Got it ex-rental (bare bones no special features) for $7.50, happy with that.
