Probably time I start to take Maxwells batting serious, it appears Maxwell takes it serious now

Maxwell is playing against NSW 3rds. Wouldn’t of made double figures against Anderson and Broad

Not at all, but Ferg did score an 88 last innings in Perth & 182* the match before.
Marsh’s last 6 innings for Australia have averaged less than 18.
We all know your hate for Ferg, but it’s easy to post what you did with hindsight.[/quote]

Selectors are judged on results, internet haters can please themselves.
But chest beating “they got the selection right” after 2 days of a 5 test series is a tad premature.

Yet had we failed on the first two days I'm sure not a single person would have been saying the selectors got it wrong

Geez most people had the selectors hung before a ball had been bowled

Actually no point now the shield is like the SANFL

Sad state of affairs

Years and years of treasured memories simply dumped, lost and devalued by corporate greed and spineless sell outs

F**k you CA and a bigger F**k you SANFL.

RIP SA sport.

The more I think about this the more I think its incorrect.

Hyperthetically

Bancroft, Marsh and Paine all hits fifties, Cummins takes a 3 for, they resist the urge for 4 pacemen and Lyon takes 8 wickets for the match.

Warner gets a duck and 20, Smith hits 15 and 7, Starc and Hazelwood take 3 wickets in the test between them.

We lose!!!

Have the selectors failed!! No way.

There are always players that pick themselves, the picks 99.9% of Australia would have picked. The selectors job is to get the 3-4 dubious picks right.

If they get them right and the 'superstars' fail then that is not the selectors fault.
