Gee I really wouldn't mind seeing Patterson get another crack at test cricket. His form this season - admittedly for the first time in a number of years - warrants it.

Of course, Konstas has probably earned the first crack.

With two back to back shield centuries I reckon Hunt is well and truly in the frame.

He’s had a solid 4-5 years at the shield level and st 28 years he’s probably best equipped to go in against the first rock and McSweeny goes to 1st dropped

Patterson over 30 now so age may get him but yeah he can play.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
