Noticed none of the Redback bowlers (other than Lawford) played yesterday , was it because of the heat?

Tea Tree Gully into one day final. Again. Own this format. Apparently Sturt collapsed from 0/100 to 150 all out!

Will play Kensington next Sunday.

Noticed Chadd Sayers has been playing for Woodville as a batter only recently. Is he injured or SA just limiting his workload?

Yeah there was a real momentum shift thats for sure. We bowled poorly in the oppening overs and Davis and Weatherald cashed in and batted very well. Once we broke that partnership, Sommers came on and bowled and unbelievable spell, think he ended up with 5/30 odd. Tim Evans chipping in with 3 also. Then we never really looked in to much trouble getting the runs, although Roberts and Kulesza bowled extremely well and dried up the scoring through the middle overs. Tim Evans continuing his good form and stands up when we need him with 80no steering the boys home.

Also the T20 final v Northern Districts should attract a big crowd.

When's the T20 final? Is it at AO or one of the clubs?

Might sneak along for a look.

40 degrees expected again this Sat. What's the prediction on Juniors and C/D playing?

If it stays 40, I reckon the C and D Grade will play, but the Juniors will be called off.

That would be the common sense decision.

Agreed calling off last week when 42, but think all Seniors should play when 40, but not Juniors.

Can they shorten overs? Could C's and D's play 40 overs, juniors 30 overs? Would be a shame to wipe a whole round.
