Trav has had to retire because of a couple of concussions he has suffered and by doctors orders. I'm sure he is happy with the coach at Mawson lakes as he is a premiership coach if i remember correctly.

That's really sad to hear about Trav, he's a very good player and bloke! :(

That's a shame for Trav you never like hearing things like this no matter what club there from.

Like the lad from Angle Vale shocking news I really do hope the best outcome prevails especially for a 17 year old lad playing footy with his mate.

A 6 year old girl with no football nous could've taken that side in that division to premiership.. Doesn't make them a good coach.

No worries mate, nice respect shown to Knowles there. If that was the case what was all the issues when he decided to leave?

Firstly I was pointing out the strength of the side and the weakness of the division, the fact he is a premiership coach doesn't necessarily reflect on his ability to coach.
Don't get me wrong Knowles did good things for Ingle Farm and I don't think the club would be where it is without some of his work.

yeah, not good for the young fella. still cant feel his legs & was told he'll be in hospital for a couple of months.
he has about 5 bulged discs in his back so looks like surgery for him. has been told he wont play footy again.
still need the swelling to go down to see if there is any real damage, will have to wait & see.
rang him yesterday and he seemed not down, so we're all being positive for him.
the umpires rang him as well to see how he was which was a good gesture from them.

Thanks for that bickle, not good news at all, wishing him all the best as the swelling goes down, I hope the next update is better news.

Someone mentioned at the game he was only 17

There seems to be a heavy ex-Walkerville involvement in Rosewaters best players each week.. Is this a case of good recruiting or an attempted justification of recruiting?

All the ex Div 2 lads go ok, but they are hardly the catalysts behind Rossies good form. Pawson is probably the best. :)
