You have your wires crossed, the league contacted us this week and said you would be reminded.

The word pathetic comes to mind.. tell me how that is fair? Instead of these blokes getting a proper run against a decent side who will make finals no matter what, they have to play C4 against a genuine battling C grade side... We have a solid side selected either way, but heaven forbid they get stronger, no lets impose sanctions and force these blokes to have a run around in the lowest grade in the div instead.. BRILLIANT!

Oh well, good for you Houghton and Henley and whoever else broke out the violin and expressed their concern with 3 fringe B graders playing against an A grade side on Saturday.. You truely showed your worth, i look forward to you having a finals campaign against genuine A grade sides and with some luck you will go out in straight sets and you can have another year of bullying C grade sides while waiting for your chance to say how hard done by you are when you are involved in a game where a few decent players come down to have a run in their C grade..

Before you start going and making accusations make sure you have your facts straight mate!!

I am not the slightest bit concerned who Modbury play this week in their C grade side and havent even bothered looking at what team they have submitted!!!!
If our boys play the way we have over the last month we will get the win!!!!

So stop starting rumours that you can not back up!!!!

Surely you are not expecting support because HQ stopped you from putting b graders (fit or not) in your c grade.

yeah, clap clap SAAFL.. no B graders in your C grade.. put them in your E grade instead.. makes perfect sense!

That is what has baffled me with all of this, that their solution to the issue was to play the guys in C4 and not div 7 against people of similar standard.. if you clap that thought process then ill be truely surprised buddy.

It was suggested to play them in C4 because that match will have no bearing on the finals standings. I feel that someone from your club hasn't relayed all the information to you.

Nice, that coming from a club who has abused that very comment. One would seriously hope not because if it was Henley half the A's would be playing, been there done that. My money is on Modbury in the cred stakes. :)

I bet it was a little sweeter for Modbury today
Where's Bill? Yeah... Hmm... Bill is on the Villa Quatro, on the road to Salina. I will draw you a map.

Just for the record buddy, we never made a complaint and Modbury were never forced not to play B-Graders.

Credit to them for winning, they played like they had a finals spot on the line. We played like we were thinking about having next week off.

Heard today Wingies game got called off because some one belted the umpire. Hope this isn't the case.

Similar thing in the C4 game Rosewater v Pooraka although I don't think the umpire got hit but a player chased him.

Surely you're mistaking Wingies for Pooraka, there's no way 2 fruitloops could attack an umpire on the same day, let alone at ovals almost next to each other....

Correct.
driving past wingies about 12 today. They seemed to be loading (squeezing) players into cars to head off to the game. Looked like they had just walked out of a front bar. Not surprised. Had too many chances. Bye bye wingies.
