Well there's a record I thought the Bays were certainties for ...

Worrying for the Bays that they might not have 9th spot tied away after all! ;)
Weird old season so far.

Great to see the fellas grab their first win, at least one of my teams can win at Elizabeth.

Your board may not have let the comp down but your team sure have.

I was hoping for a winless season! One thing's for sure, 2014 is throwing up some unexpected results...

Crows were bigger, stronger and faster today. I'm sure their 20 supporters that were at the game enjoyed the win. Especially the ones that complained that Centrals supporters were being mean to them. It was just your normal everyday football banter and they complained. This is why Crows supporters are the laughing stock of the AFL and now the SANFL. They seem to think they own the town and seem genuinely surprised that not everyone follows them.

Was worried before the game with Collier & Thomas out and even more so when their starting forwards included Johnston, McKernan, porplyzia, Cameron & Callinan. Otten played loose in defence & Grigg picked up possessions at will. Too good for an inexperienced & newly formed Dogs outfit. Looking fwd to taking on the top side next week!
By the way- is it wrong that I had a dabble at the ridiculous odds of $4 for the Crows?

nah not wrong, at least it's a bit bearable to cope after losses when you back the opposition

Not wrong there. The Crows will get better though when injuries to their other team reduce.

I thought last year was a test for Laird and this year will be too.

There was a good crowd but only about 120 of them would have been Crows supporters.

I suppose I have nothing of any value to add to this thread except to say that in 40+ years as a Centrals supporter I have never been as pi55ed off after a loss as I am now. Including Grand Finals.
Outclassed in the game no arguing.
WTF are they doing here?
Special shoutout to all those who wore both Centrals gear and Franchise stuff at the same time. You are beneath contempt.
