Rnd 10 - North v West - Post Game

Postby Wedgie » Sun Jun 15, 2014 6:54 pm

North 21.10 136
West 7.7 49

Campbell 5
Virgin 3
Combe, Thiele 2

Fielke, Still 2

Dominant display by the Roosters in the first half but didn't go on with it as much in the 2nd half as their fans would have liked.

Great crowd, North continue to have Sunday games, wake up, with some of the most successful Junior Clubs in the area playing Sunday afternoons you are costing yourself money, with kids from development squads playing for their clubs on Sunday afternoons you lose those players, family and possible friends attending the games.
You cant change your past but you can sure hell shape you future

What's going on, 2 Big Wins in a row, we rarely win big !

A shame it wasn't 100pts, was deserved.

Our good record against them continues.

Could be another big one next week too, we hope

Well done u beautiful Cocks =P~

Blame the Bays mate, had to be Sunday as we were coming off a Monday game.

Poor crowd today but may have been lucky there were not more West supporters there as they probably wouldn't come back. Absolutely flogged and never in it. We have slid so quickly back to where we were when Collo came on as coach. Something is seriously wrong when that happens at such a rate. Spanish Inquisition required.

Are you saying that Mark Mickan has expedited his coaching program? The Bays didn't capitulate like that under Rubbers until his 5th year, at least you don't have to worry about the heartbreak of more finals losses this year.

Not close enough to know if it's Mickan, Kantilaftas or Marks as the major culprit this year or if is totally about unreplaced player losses or other factors from last year. Many players that are half as good this year as they were the last 2 or so.

Great 1st 1/2 by North, I don't think any North supporter would have predicted that after the inconsistent season we've been watching week in, week out.
The 2nd 1/2 was disappointing to say the least, North should of buried West by well over 100 points but once again, when the opportunity arises they can't find the killer instinct

And West had an extra 3 days break, so much for that theory of longer breaks are better !
