Let the two heads have it. Test cricket should be played between the hours of 11am and 6pm.

you probably said the same when day night cricket came about.

did you oppose the lights at adelaide oval too?

as long as it doesnt affect the game so much that you cant have a contest, and i think that one day cricket has shown that this isnt the case, im all for it.

going down after work to watch the final session would be awesome.

still annoyed that we have been royally screwed over this season in the scheduling though.

Until they can get the ball right im against night test matches. If they get that sorted im all for it. Dont think the feedback about the balls in the D/N Shield games was that positive.
Also who else is touring next year?
Dont want a test against the sheep shaggers if it means we miss another opponent

Why because we lost a meaningless one dayer

Instead we have kept a test match and have the potential to get an Aussie World Cup semi final

Its the Quarter final that Australia qualifies for......

Test Cricket is thriving in this Country built on the rivalry with some useless pommy gits. Australia pull decent home crowds against most Test Playing nations bar Bangladesh (although we have never played them in a traditional Test Venue in the South during Summer).

We do not need Day night Test cricket. Why change something because the Grubby bastards at Channel Nine want us to. I liken it to Wimbledon allowing coloured clothing on Centre Court it just should not happen!

Pink balls could lead to 'very, very boring cricket

maybe another year or two of trials would be worth it.

but one thing i have in favour was i deliberately tuned into the live stream last year when SA were only a wicket or two away from victory and NSW i think was holding them out. I have never done that before, mostly because i am at work.

for test cricket, for the diehards, as long as it doesnt detract from the game (and the jury is still out on the pink balls etc) then i have no issues with it as widening the appeal of test cricket will help its long term survival.

but if it affects the game too much then i dont like it. Im willing for trials to occur

I'm all for it. How much of a home series do we actually watch, for me it's bugger all, weekends. To be able to knock off work, crack a frothy and watch the last session will be great.
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

And now we have picked up the opening bbl game of the year.

I think we have been compensated very well for a meaningless ODIthat will be nothing more than a World Cup warm up match

Both an average spectacle!

We would have got the one day and then whinged the Aussie test were resting players or playing untried 'no names' instead of Warner etc

Would people of South Australia actually go to a match involving Brisbane Heat and Melbourne Stars at Adelaide Oval? I don't hold much hope....
