C31 Total SANFL: Grand Final week show; GF Marathon details.

Postby CK » Wed Sep 20, 2006 8:36 pm

G'day everyone,

I'm pleased to announce the full details of the SANFL Grand Final week celebrations on C31 this year.

Our special 2 hour, "Total SANFL" show, screening at 9.30pm Sat nights and midday Sunday during the finals, will be filmed at the HQ Nightclub, cnr North Tce and West Tce on Saturday morning, Octpber 7, commencing at 9am.

For $5 adults and $2 children Under 12, come and join the festivities as we film for the first time this year in front of a live audience. There will be a number of the show's panellists appearing throughout, along with SANFL players; the show will feature a range of segments as we count down to SA Footy's biggest day. As a special initative, we are setting aside a "Corporate Box" for each SANFL club. Seating 6 people, these special seats will cost $7 per head, and is an ideal opportunity to form your own club squads for the show.

Bar facilities will be available, and a footy breakfast will also be served as part of the admission charge. We thank HQ Nightclub for their sensational support of this event!

Tickets will be on sale at C31's offices, 49 Holland St Thebarton (ph. 8234 6955) from 9am Monday Sept. 25. We strongly recommend booking tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Don't miss this once-off opportunity to celebrate the Grand Final in the biggest interactive show filming for the SANFL for years!

After the show screens at 9.30pm on the Sat. night, then stay with us as we present the SANFL Grand Final Marathon from 11.30pm. Screening until 5.30am Sunday morning, join us as we present some of the classic Grand Final quarters in SANFL history. This will be the first event of its kind on Adelaide TV for many years, and will be the perfect night for the SANFL buffs!

Many thanks to all of you for your support of the shows in 2006, and we look forward to continuing to present the most comprehensive analysis on Adelaide TV of OUR SANFL in 2007.

Cheers
Chris Kendall

CK there is a great shot of "our beloved leader" in the 2nd quarter of the 86 GF, be good for us all to see that again......

Rumour has it he was predicting how many goals North would kick in the 89 GF.......

*Tassie stares vacantly into space despairing that all he can look forward too in September is making cheap shots at supporters who's sides actually make the finals.....*

*sigh*
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

There's Pram Lady with her pram.
And the guy with the dodgy leg that wears a west top with 4 on the back.

"Baby on board". Why dont you put a sign on ur car saying "adult on board" or "car stereo in use"?

We all have to do our best to promote it. There will be so many who would watch it if they knew about it. (The marathon that is)

Many thanks for everyone's support of this event. I would urge people to start booking their tickets soon, however - the Norwood box, for one, is nearly sold out, and the Bays one looks like going next. This is an ideal opportunity to celebrate our biggest day in SANFL with a host of fans, get a chance to watch us live and meet the panel afterwards.

I'm very keen to make this an annual event, and how this one goes will go a long way toward next year. Don't miss the chance to get your tickets now for it!

Cheers
Chris
