I reckon they were association guernseys MP - admittedly my memory is fading. My Dad almost did the same when we (Salisbury), wearing the old Central guernseys, played the Port special squad at Salisbury Oval in a trial game under lights mid-season.
Even then, the f***ers were bitching about alternative guernseys and the prison bars...
