We should organise a "pool" of husbands for days like today, my team wasn't playing so I should have been able to substitute for you at home while you got to watch the footy, I'm sure the women wouldn't notice.

That electronic scoreboard was incredibly difficult to read and frustrating as it only displayed the score about a quarter of the time. The rest of the time it kept welcoming us to Thebarton Oval and displaying other irrelevent messages...![]()
Plus the time clock was literally impossible to read when the sun was shining on it later in the game.
Still a few things to get right before Thebarton is up to scratch as a League venue.
