we have the admin price, the price of food and beverage being ridiculously high, the lack of form available, PETER DUMBERELL i mean dammerrell and his skill in generally having the winner shorter then the tote. there are a lack of activities for the kiddies out on the grass.
and by the look and action of some punters that actually go out to the trots these days it seems like they are on the grass.
I mean the place should have a warm welcoming feel to it, but recently when i was at the track i had to put up with some maniac who has carrying on and screaming, swearing, hitting himself, headbutting the wall, and then throwing his form-guide into the air like confetti on a wedding day!!!
now seriously people like this belong in an asylum, theres no place for these type of people in soceity especially on a race track.

i also blame the demise of crowds on technology- when there were multiple bookies there in teh downstairs betting ring and the bookies had the horses names on pieces of paper and these peices of paper were thrown down after eaqch race i would go and collect as amny as i could (i still ahve a big basket full at home) now days with the electronic boards this doesnt happen so there is nothing to keep the kids interested

I watch very closely your results,at times, funds permitting,I have a go at.I am certainly in front.Gives me the chance to have a punt elsewhere.

those pieces of paper (almost a light cardboard) are/were called slides as that is how the bookies displayed them (by sliding in the names)
i'm waiting for a night there is a power failure & p.d can not display odds & unless he has an old board in his car he wont be able to operate (i know neither will the tote)
