I havent played in a section where there has only been 8 teams in my 15 or so years.
I think there have been lower sections (6-7) with anywhere between 8-12 teams.
I just don't see why we need to change the game because of 1 clubs dwindling numbers.
Thats like changing the rules so that you can let the ball bounce and still claim the catch if one club is having trouble catching the ball!
Letter to Keswick, if you can't field your side each week, then don't have as many sides, its a decision that every other club that has dropped a team has had to make, no other club has written a letter to change the rules!
