Are you suggesting that he should be selected in the squad on the basis that he has a relative who appeared on a tv show flop like cricket superstar? Or that he is talented? Surely some sort of good form would be a pre-requisite...

That line there says it all, their 2nd tier players are as good as any other clubs first tier players. They have an endless list of batsmen and the same goes for bowlers. Just looking at who runs around in their 2's is a fair indication on how good they really are.

Now you knew i would bite!
But Wesities (and Rosies i think) are the kings of group hugs prior to going out to field!
Westies - Yes, plenty of talent, hence why they have been pretty successful.

My mistake, was Brahma that did the arse slapping and group hugs, got it mixed up there. But Willie is def the X factor of the side, great to have a bloke slap it around, (when it works) and get the side off to a good start. but they can be beaten, atleast we all can think that and have hope if we make finals

we have come close twice this season and both times it was our inexperience that cost us.. we definately think they can be beaten and cant work out why anyone else hasnt tested them..

Our B Grade did this on the weekend with about 5 overs to spare, none of us had heard of this happening before.
