If there's on thing I've learnt on here, Turk gives an honest evaluation what ever the result is, as for the drink prices, most of the clubs I've frequented over the years have match day specials to try to stop patrons bringing their own. It's quite simple, sell it at a reasonable price and people will buy, if you don't, it's just a quick trip down to the drive-thru.
I'm pretty sure he highlighted that Greenies were completely outplayed by you guys and even gave your boys a compliment for the remainder of the season.
You can take the criticism and pass it on to the powers that be or just ignore it and see if it's mentioned again during the season, there's not a lot you can do about a canteen running out of food, it's pretty hard to determine attendance trends in the SAAFL.
