Secondly the goal umpire chose to wear the ML colors (instead of officials colors and not to mention his constant abuse of our forwards) and when the lions were storming home awarded a point touched when it was at least a foot over the line! i know its div 6 but if you put your hand up to do a job - do it properly with some integrity!

Poor post mate! He was reduced to tears because he copped a barrage of abuse from your drunken supporters on the sidelines, for goodness sake man he's a kid and you were hurling phrases to him that you wouldn't hear down Hindley Street. Yes he struggled with the throw ins but he was having a crack, With our C grade playing away yesterday we were down on helpers, every club knows how hard it is to get volunteers and they don't need loud mouthed idiots on the sidelines giving lip to a child who now probably won't help out again. His dad was playing and heard it all all I can say is you're very lucky a few of his team mates had to restrain him after the match.
Did it cost you the match? No! Game was played in good spirits so don't go making a huge issue out of this crap because it just makes u sound like a whinging sore loser.
Thanks to Zed and a couple of the other CLG lads who came in for a beer afterwards, was a really good game of footy to watch nice & free flowing with plenty of goals.

What a load of rubbish riddler. not one person from our club abused the lad. It was simply a bad decision by your club. Maybe dad shouldnt put his son in that position in the first place!

Phantom mate your club can be bloody proud of its efforts today mate. You are certainly a club with plenty of up side. I can guarantee that your performances can match the best in the league as you showed today.
This was a game played in terrific spirit just two teams going about there footy in the way it should be played, a few big hits but all in all it was a real battle for us right till the end. I know it's hard cause you didn't get the points today but you guys should really hold your head highs, you are trying to turn things around up there and it looks to be on the right track.
On the umpires well what better umpiring could you asked for really. I believe they were great today often let the play roll on and also didn't pay stupid little free kicks for nothing.
I wish the bloke that went off on the stretcher all the best in his recovery and hope he is back fighting fit very soon. On a side note, would like to make a mention of the bloke that tagged Nathan Rayner today it was a credited to him that he kept battling all day and never really did anything outside the law. He played a really good game on him but just unfortunately when you play on blokes with that class they just know how to get the footy.
Thanks again Phantom, I wish you and all of the Ingle Farm Football Club the best of luck for the remainder of the season and we look forward to coming up against towards the business end.

Was funny seeing some certain lakes supporters going off, when the same people were a discrace to me when I umpired the 2s (our umpire pulled out Friday arvo) funny though as I gave lakes more frees then I gave clg!
