My wife due to some medication she was on stacked in a heap of weight. She is now going to the gym 3-4 times a week plus walking every day, managing her calorie intake with the help of an app and has lost maybe half a kilo in 2 months.

So it isn't as easy as you seem to think for everyone And they do need that extra help...

Youre right scoob she should. I lost 25 kgs last year purely by a change of diet and lifting weights. IMHO lifting weights is the best thing for losing fat because of the lean muscle and hence better metabolism that is built. Lift weights and you lose weight for up to 36 hours after the workout. Do aerobic work and you only losr weight whilst youre doing it as well as dropping muscle stuffing your metabolism further up.

How does she know her calories are right? Dropping half a kilo in 2 months then there is something wrong, maybe the medication is still having a effect on the body. But no app person or website can tell you what your daily calorie needs are. There is some many things that happen in the body that dictate what your daily energy needs are. Yes you can get a rough ball park of where you need to be but the person themselves need to adjust them to find out.

Lift some ******* weights. Supplements don't make you put on muscle.

Why would Kickinit take them then? Sounds like its the same as his arguement against Duromine - he could do it without supplements. Why cheat - when you are only cheating yourself?

also I think it might pay you before you try to start a argument to do some research on nutrition.

Yep. If you're doing it right, you'd lose more than 500g in 2 months. You could lose that with one visit to the toilet, or overnight in your sleep. Lol

Preferably something with a huge barrel, plenty of rounds and highly explosive bullets.

Wut? It is his regime. It's chemically suppressing his appetite and causing him to eat less.

By the sounds of it, he's also exercising a lot more then the average man too. Its not like he's sitting around eating chips. I think the anti-Duro people should wait to see the results and how he does once he's off the meds to shitcan the bloke for trying something to improve his life.

Except you unfortunately can't gain muscle in a calorie deficit.

Lifting heavy weights with short rests does keep your metabolic rate higher in the period after exercise though, compared to steady state cardio or lifting light weights with many repetitions.

Not shit-canning the bloke.

You've lost a similar amount of weight to Drago in similar time period. You did it without Duromine. It's not a wonder drug like it's being made out to be.

Well you are, because you said his regime IS supressing his appetite, without mentioning the exercise he's doing. Its not his whole strategy. And Cheeta has said numerous times that they are planning how to keep it up once hes off the Duro's, so they arent blinding using it and expecting it to do all the work.

I'm shitcan the bloke, him losing weight is a great thing that no one can deny. But it is being made out to be the wonder drug, and unfortunately you have people like squids that thinks it's the only way to lose weight.

Something added to complete a thing, make up for a deficiency, or extend or strengthen the whole

So where in your diet do you get Phentermine?
