3rd game back and i think he will have a blinder. SHould be alot more match fit and will be primed for a big one.
I wonder what emphasis they will take on this matter down at the port this week?
Franklin out helps Port thats for sure. Allows Chaplin and Cornes to play the loose man role and Carlisle to stand Roughead!

I think the Crows are slowly getting better and Freo only kicked one goal here last year, and with being Eddy's farewell game as long as they don't get too caught up in it and blow it badly I think the motivation should be there to win....

Anyone could have beaten anyone on that day. We go back a few weeks where tw hawks were near full strength against Richmond at the MCG in perfect conditions and only won by 3points, they nearly lost on the siren aswell. The hawks have not been impressive at all this year, they only won last week against a very out of form swans outfit who were missing there best forward in Bradshaw. With a bit of grunt taken out of te side in Brown and there superstar forward in Franklin they are very vulnerable. Roughead will struggle being the main forward and either Chaplin or carlile should take care of him. Would be extremely suprised to see Burgoyne to play well, if anybody knows his weaknesses it's the Power side, they know if they throw a hard tag on him( maybe a matt Thomas) and he will have no impact. The power side have looked much stronger in their wins compared with the hawks, they only looked gd against Carlton. Should be able to tell I. The first 10mins if port will win, if they are tackling then they will win. This game last year at the MCG port win convincingly. At least take then on the line, Happy Punting
