Peaked at 105.4kg on New Years, down to 79.2 (least I've weighed since I was 16 :oops: ), but can't seem to get any lower... :D

Up a little,struggling with motivation due to disappointing progress,lots of effort stymied by injury and illness over the last month. Hopefully a more successful second half coming up.

That is brilliant, Marble Park!

Ballooned out to 113 kg here - put on 5 kg whilst down with bronchitis earlier this term.
Just can't seem to stop the comfort eating.
