Brooks is being looked at by a couple of clubs (NOT necessarily training with them)- Sturt and West included - but hasn't been huge interest from the clubs. Will depend on fees etc. More likely to end up at Sturt if anywhere.

Don't get upset, Stephen. Scottroo is lying. The country team is not good mates with your missus. Boom-tish.

One of the great examples of unfortunate phrasing that I've read on SAF.

Sturt can afford Brooks he aint expensive.

Dont forget to allow for GST on his contract. Would hate you to get in any tax trouble.

tell me who is over the salary cap then. ?? or have you got a case of SturtPeters sour grapes aswell cos you realise already. We can not compete with these clubs.

sturt arent going to break the cap. really what a surprise. next youll come out with we made a half a million dollar loss last year but we are working hard towards that not happening again this year. CLAP CLAP CLAP bravo!!!.

Personally i would prefer if all nine clubs were busted being over the salary cap. Than the clubs being caught with $100K unpaid tax. But that is just me.

Brooks should play league and can hold down a KPP for you guys. Is a little injury prone however.

Mark do you think Sturt getting involved with the Castle Tavern was a positive or negative move for them?

How about easing up on the full stops there Ducks?

Sturt, despite popular perception, will be paying the full cap. Once our returns on the venues have paide off current debts, we too will be able to pay players to go to their 'job' in the morning and turn the lights on followed by rolling up at 5.00 to turn them off again.
