Old Footy Park benches

Postby Browny25 » Wed Jun 16, 2010 11:21 am

Does anyone know if the old aluminium footy park benches are still around for sale??

I have seen them at a few places, and assume they are all long gone by now...

There might be some plastic seats available if AAMI is scrapped in favour of Adelaide Oval. Wonder if they can save some money by relocating seats there, if the shift happens? If not, I hope they could be allocated out to SANFL clubs. Might also be useful if Thebbie was to become a SANFL 'neutral' venue!

Dunno where, but I bet the place that has them has also got half of the old parking meters as well.

Sounds like you managed to get your hands on something zorro... ;)
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Why did you put an interchange bench in your bedroom? I dont want a spare ruckman, back pocket and a goal sneak waiting for me to grow tired.

Real men put work benches in their bedrooms. ;)

Yeah having girls in your room is so gay. Real men have power tools.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Yeah you can get them, just not sure where though. My old school had a fair few of them around the place, which had been donated.
