What's happened today is that the unions have simply claimed back what they see as their right. This move will only embolden them further.

Yeah, but there's a double standard going on. Cake and eat it too stuff.....
Mining Ads are a scare campaign but work choices isn't? Work Choices was a major reason for Labor getting in last time, and it was not even disguised as being anything but a scare campaign.
