As I've pointed out on here before, all clubs have the same spastic supporters, but rather than making a mockery of a guy who has said to himself, well I'll stay home for a week a la Treeby, I think some credit is due.

I agree, but for me, the gesture of not going a week in line with Treeby is something, whereas anytime anyone brings up the fact that the Dog Squad continually light flares in breach of regulations, we never see a fan stand up and go, you know what, I did the wrong thing, I'll take a hit for that.

What crap....I attend almost everyone Centrals game ....apart from verbal banter,which I have also received from the darling foul mouthed elder ladies of Sturt, Glenelg and Westies, the only fighting I have seen resulted in Sturt fans being escorted away in a police paddy wagon. Running behind Centrals fans who wanted nothing to do with them, but were then jumped on because the mindless Sturt idiots couldn't get a response.
You should try wearing Centrals colours and put up with the crap we have to put up with from the snobbish, arrogant supporters from the other clubs.... and just for the record I have a job, own a house and have never been into a centrelink office!!

Very cynical CENTURION. I've been trying to do the right thing to and I thought that would be to show that we were equally responsible for the crap that happened. Not trying to be a martyr or receive sympathy or even to self analyse. Purely thought it was the best thing to do.
Would you have preferred me to not take any responsibility for the actions that occurred. I saw that alot growing up in Elizabeth. Little shits that would put their head in the sand and blame the rest of the world for self inflicted issues.
I have received many good words via pm and in person for my actions during this whole saga, recieved a phone call from Chris Davies on Friday saying that he commended my actions. Matt Benson also did the same and then Scott Welch called me for an interview as he thought the same and wanted to get the story out there for the benefit of the SANFL and it standing as a family game.
In fact, you're the only person I've heard so far that has been negative about it.
