Most decent gyms use those for Bench Press.
Can get some lighter Bars (haven't got the thick ends) that are 15 kg.

I have not been approached to coach at the WFC this year, next year or any year. I have not approached the WFC to coach this year, next year or any year. This is an unconditional statement.

I go to a backyard gym that has been running for years.
We have records, and get judged if we go for a record with the three white lights and all!
My best is 230lb which isn't much, as the gym record is over 400lb done by a 19yo 3 years ago!
Not sure what it is in Kilos??

Divide by 2.2
230Lb - 104.5KG (105kg was my old 1 rep max before I treated my shoulder like an amusement park!)
400lb - 181.8kg That's insane for a 19yo!!!
The best I've ever seen anyone do is a set of 5 with 150kg on the bar, so 170kg all up.

The bar was bending when I saw the 170kg.

which is absoultely huge.
Ive seen a video of him doing it
