How about you go give bigredcar a big cuddle, I'm sure he can look after himself without your help.

Neville, what was with the coat at training tonight? Showing your true self, little bit soft.

Luthies pumped us today. Too good all across the ground on the big oval at thebbie. We gave them a 5 goal head start, matched it with him for 2 quarters, then they kicked away in the last.

We struggled to score when we did get the ball inside 50. We didn't have our best side today, but they will take some beating come finals time...

It was quite a good day down there today with some great banter between the supporters and a close enough game to keep it interesting until the last quarter of the A grade.

Triple headers are usually a good thing for us and if the footys good it's even better. There's plenty of numbers at the game meaning we make some good money over the bar and in the canteen. Nice weather aswell, means it ends up being a good day.

Only saw the 1st quarter but I could see early it was going to be a romp. Apprantly we kicked the first goal of the game and that was it. Not sure how many players the C's had but I know we 6 that backed up after playing B grade.

From the SAAFL website:
Report Headline thirple headers are a joke | brian price | "never again play at hope valley at night couldnt see a thing and the umpiring was a joke all one sided two guys fighting and only sents one of a joke. and feral supports".

Obviously continuing on from his fine form in the coaches box  The two players were wrestling right in front of our coaches box and the umpire told them to cut it out. The North Haven player then threw two punches right in front of the ump (with his back to the NH coaches box so they wouldn't have seen them) He was lucky to only get a yellow IMO.

As for the lights, he's probably right. We did kick 17 points, maybe it would have been 25.10 if it didn't get dark? The umpiring wasn't the best, but if it appeared one-sided, that's because HV were always first to the ball so of course we were getting all the frees! The NH coach should pull his head in and not blame everything else except maybe his coaching and his team's lack of discipline and ability...

...what is a thirple header anyway?
