I think from us O'gorman or Kennett yet again will be up there. Uncle from Gullies always polls well. Uni & Central United to me have too much of an even spread of good players this season. Grossmann from Raggies would have to catch the umpires eye but may not have played enough games. My smoky is Adam Glenn from SHOC, this bloke plays everywhere and dominates has to catch the umps eyes.

what about matthew harreen from united.. he has a had a great year for united he will be around the mark and i also think bourke will be up there

Has he played back pocket all year Sobcu?

yeah he has but he is either leading the footy player of the year or he is around the mark and has been very good at pushing up just doing everythink right for a young kid so i think he will be right up there.. also another one that had a really good first half of the year brad woodward but has died off towards the second half

Woodward, O'Gorman, Uncle and Burke will dominate the Count in the 1st half of the season and Kennett will come home with a wet sail

Get on the Maestro Coach. Very cunning man is the Riddler and give me some of the 7/1 please. Give me a Don Bradman on Mawsons at 7's. The Riddler will sort it out. Might be going a tbit rough at the moment but watch Mawsons steam home and the Riddler knows exactly what he is doing

After reading pages and watching most games this year Mawson Lakes & CU are very similar, the only major stand out is CU supporters! They are feral, getting in on field fights, tooting the car horn in excitment when players get stretchered off - poor form. For those who say there's nothing that can be done that's a cop out!!! However, both teams have players that love to talk tough but when it comes to putting their heads over the ball are petrified (Cheap shot specialists)
King hits, headbutts, dropping the knees (coward acts) none of these things make you a hard tough footballer - head over the ball, body on the line.
I thought the idea of rocking up on a Saturday was to have a kick & catch with your mates, if these blokes want to show that they can fight change sports get in the ring take somone on face to face.
Mawson lakes talk about all the changes their making to be a better club? Win or lose you should still shake hands with your opposition, not sook becuse the umpire sent you off (B grade ruckman poor form.)

With three games remaining, the composition of the finals is becoming clearer
Glenunga - 22 points (57.2)
CU - 20 points (58)
Blacks - 20 points (56.1)
TTG - 20 points (52.1)
SHOCS - 18 points (58.3)
---------------------------------
Mawson Lakes - 18 points (53.6)

Glenunga, CU, Blacks* and TTG all have two games against the bottom 4. Wins will secure their respective finals berth
Glenunga - Athlestone, TTG, Angle Vale
CU - Flinders, SHOCS, Modbury
Blacks - Mawson Lakes, Modbury, Flinders
TTG - Angle Vale, Glenunga, Athlestone
SHOCS - Modbury, Units , ML
ML - Blacks, Flinders, SHOCS

* The blacks recent form suggests the possibility of dropping the modbury game
Barring SHOCS beating the Units (not likely) or ML making up 5 percentage points with wins against the two uni sides (possible), 5th spot will come down to their matchup in the last game of the season.

I would imagine their chances to have dwindled... Mawson Lakes were a very good side but perhaps arrogance has gotten the better of them... In the nicest possible way. I will leave it to the Warrior to elaborate in his match report.

What odds did i get when i picked Central United on Jan 10th! Mr red white & blue. Maybe your pres. should go away for the rest of season because you seem to win by more when he is not there & no interchange problems like the HAWTHORN game!! :)

I can only speak for the B Grade, but this weekends game against Mawsons at Theberton oval was a fair and hard game to play and watch. They are also very well coached it would seem because when we challenged in the last quarter it looked like they had set plays and the the skills to execute the plans.
