might be an idea to worry about your club champion, i beleive you're getting relagated!!!... we know exactly where we're at and took alot of positives out of the PAOC game, 1 loss in 2 months of footy is pretty good i reckon! you just enjoy your last 3 weeks in div 1 ok :D

Mate we are hoping you blokes come up next year. Will be 2 games in the bag from season start. Good luck!!!![/quote]

Hey Free Will is your recruiting policy gonna be the same next year? Get some fringe Port players, get em a job at DP World then watch em run off to the country leagues the following year when the money runs out??
I'm number 1, so why try harder!!

and
Who would be your clubs leading candidate for the association medal?

as bubba has just said our B&f is any bodies laslett, granlese, cocchiaro, moody, dickenson, perkins even bird would have polled massivly before he left and hamilton would be coming home strong afte the last few weks.

wanders IMO is probably the favourite for the assoc but have heard umpires are not a big fan of him, maybe a devries or even pooch with some decent size bags

i reckon Greg Scott will win association

you've got 15 year olds playing in your team who are 50 kg and there harder at the ball then any of your senior players. might aswell chuck your waterboys in the side or start forking out some cash and payin some umpires next year because you are going to witness some pretty heavy thunderstorms and i don't reckon your umbrellas will be able to take it but good luck in div 2 boys because apparently your the pride of the peninsula and all pffffttt!!!

When PAC are 15 - 0, i understand they have a right to be confident. Its interesting to hear that PAC players including their captain are already claiming they've got the flag in the bag. Such an attitude can be dangerous, and comments made by the captain and other players are just putting extra pressure on the 21 PAC players come finals. It's obvious that PAC have decided to flop the cheque book out and recuit instead of developing their squad by seeing the D4 premier names like Moroney, Choimes, Fry, Blanch all playing B's. Just wondering if that might be the reason behind so many bloody punch ups at the Alma on Saturday nights?

this whole post is just humerous, your skipper was pretty confident you blokes were going to knock us off this week i hear. think you'll find he and our skipper were just having a good chat (remembering it was 3am) so all sorts of crap was being thrown around.
also the comment on the fights just makes you look like a F-Wit!

Makes for an interesting game this week with the Mitcham lads posting stuff like that on here though. I am sure Rocky has a copy of the fights in the pub etc, etc, etc for a little motivation (if needed). Not smart things to say on the verge of playing the best team in the Competition. Fights and Cheque Books and telling about guys in the B Grade not happy would not be the smartest thing I have ever read on here. Winding up PAOC is not a good idea. Even Hawkie Ranger the smart Mitcham (supporter/player) agrees it was not that clever

and whys that cause you fork out all this money to pay your players?? well la de daaaaa!!! because in the end thats all those players are there for. its not like they are there to play for the sport or for there mates there just a bunch of front runners and when the goin gets tough they'll crumble!! and by the time these blokes finish football they would of had more clubs than a cave man. why dont you twits spend some money on the oval and less on your players because i think most of the players would of rathered play on the port adelaide train station than on that discrace of a thing you call a football field.

if you had any clue you would be dangerous!
we have been trying for YEARS to get better facilities/oval but because the council own the oval we cant. the oval has struggled this year due to extra numbers out at the club and the school uses the oval too as well as the soccer club. unfortunatly we arent a stand alone club that has the fortune to have our own oval. but go ahead and sledge away big fella.

Why would now 2 Clubs give more ammunition to PAOC.  - for F&^* sake shut up and dont wind them up any more. Remember they are 15-0 and not much anyone can really say that is going to effective

The only chance of a miracle like this happening is if he packed his bags from Smosh and moved to Wingfield royals B grade.
Also Portland boys before getting stuck into our recruiting ability have a look in your own backyard. A few Port rejects and a few Districts rejects as well!!!!!

hahahaha here he is you. got ex Henley d graders running round on your field mate let alone blokes just played in the lightning carnival a couple of years back but yer having a few ex port Adelaide players is bad for Portland is it?? and as for port districts rejects as i recall one of them kicked 5 goals on the weekend but you know not good enough to play for the pride of the peninsula hey?? hahahahaha i think maybe you blokes will be headin down to play with wingy royals b grade in the next couple of years or even better when you got no players cause they all leave at the end of the year maybe you could merge with them and call your self the pride of eastern parade!!! hahahaha

not really sure who you are referring too as districts and magpie rejects their MFW?? you ever wonder why blokes that played at districts for years and years all left and refuse to play for em?? blokes are going and playing for half the money at other clubs because they can't stand you arrogant pricks!! can't wait for more to jump ship at the end of the year and we'll see how cocky you are

Wow. Didn't realise forum banter was great fodder for firing up a team. If it's that useful perhaps someone at our club could start an alias profile and spew a few half arsed comments online to get us going.
