Will end this as I have revisited the stats I used (from the AFL Record Season guide) and they are crap..In 1983, 1986, 1987 and 1988 there are two All-Australian teams for each season included in the totals..the Official National All-Australian Team and the AFL team of the year (even though it was the VFL) :roll:

This results in players such as the un-named Gerard Healy being named in 8 teams (1982, 1984, 1986, 1986, 1987, 1987, 1988, 1988)
