Say it ain't so MST. Surely you're not suggesting that players in red, white and blue are seen leaving Elizabeth Oval laden down with cash, televisions or DVD players come contract signing time?

thanks, we'll also make sure to stay under the cap and not get done for cheating.

you dont go to jail for salary cap cheating. You dont pay tax on the other hand ????

tell me who's in jail then?

and actually, i dont pay taxes (in this country ;) )

too right topsy

tell me who is over the salary cap then. ?? or have you got a case of SturtPeters sour grapes aswell cos you realise already. We can not compete with these clubs.

sturt arent going to break the cap. really what a surprise. next youll come out with we made a half a million dollar loss last year but we are working hard towards that not happening again this year. CLAP CLAP CLAP bravo!!!.

Personally i would prefer if all nine clubs were busted being over the salary cap. Than the clubs being caught with $100K unpaid tax. But that is just me.

Brooks should play league and can hold down a KPP for you guys. Is a little injury prone however.

you didnt answer my question??

now correct me if i am wrong, but werent the dogs caught cheating, but when fined $5000, said it was the best money they ever spent???

if so, think about it and get back to me....

now, once again for the slow ppl, who is in jail?

Jimbo, try this for size.

Dogs gave all premiership players a professionally created DVD package of the premiership season as a gift. Total cost $5000. This put them over the cap by $5000 as they believed it to be an item that would not be included. Unfortunately they were wrong and copped a fine based on $1 fine for every $1 over the cap.

Of course they were happy to pay the fine, but at no time did the SANFL imply they were attempting to cheat anyone out of anything.

You can go back to your tit for tat arguement with others now, just wanted to clarify that point AGAIN.

Not when your clearly motivated by sour grapes. Sturt Peter nobody on this website cares for your opinion. You have been told this 100 times. Also been told either produce facts or STFU.

Jimmy backed down when i asked for him to produce who was over the cap. Why dont you surprise us all by doing the exact same. How credible ??? Dont we all fell sorry for Sturt Fc's plight now ???

You're either over the cap (ie cheating) or not over the cap (ie not cheating).
Simple fact is South, Central and Eagle have all been caught of being over the cap at one stage or another.
North are the only top 4 side with any integrity and rightfully are the moral premiers of this state!

Careful Jimmy, you might fall of the fence if you keep swaying from side to side like this.

Wedgie, the master of grey areas, chooses to view this one as a black and white issue? LMAO!

If no one said they were cheating, they weren't. I am sure that anyone can understand that a payment of DVD's made after the season was not the reason they won the flag.

The real problem here is that the forum page shows a 3 page topic dedicated to Brooksy. I hope he gets a screenshot.

Regardless of the facts discussed or if its even close to what the thread's about I, Diss and the other moderators don't appreciate you telling us who cares for anyone's opinion. We're well aware of your past behaviours on various websites and will not accept this sort of intimidation to other posters.

I care about Sturt Peter's opinions and I'm sure many others do, don't assume that because you like a singlular view on opinions that the rest of us do, this site is about freedom of speech so if anyone should STFU its you md aka Dogman aka Trevor Hill.

Feel free to keep contributing to this site but do not tell people what they should or should not be doing please.

Cheers.

Yes, correct everyone should have a right to an opinion, but sturtpeters constant baseless unfounded whining on various sites over the years blaming skirts woes on every clubs breach of the salary cap is tiresome.
mark ducker, although askew in his last post did hit the nail on the head on the ''Port & West salary cap'' thread, as backed up by near every reply. md, in his various guises, although often wrong & frequently affronting will actually call a spade a digging stick. Something surely that is a bonus to this, or any internet discussion board.
