Fisho has conquered the elusive Tom Yum and is now going to have a crack at a basic hu tieu soup. And when I say 'basic' I mean that I'm only using one type of meat in the base stock, and it should only take three hours to prepare. I will post a picture if I get it right because it will be a bloody huge achievement.

Big Phil is in pain and pissed off

Had to play social basketball at Gawler tonight at 10pm and in the last 2 minutes went up for a rebound, came down and felt/heard a 'pop' from behind my knee...

In a fair bit of pain having to drive home to Norwood from Gawler with ice on my leg, trying not to bend it. The pain is on the outside right hand side and behind my right knee.

Not sure how serious it is but better fo see the physio in the morning. To make matters worse, I was at the bottom of the Parade, 2 minutes from home and then there was red and blue flashing lights behind me. I was 'selected' for a RBT
