Well he better carry Wales into a major championship then.

Pity the picture quality is shite.

The Wales team is looking pretty good for the next 8-10 years actually. Loads of quality youngsters.

Gutted at the result, but if we play like that every week, we'll be a shot at the title.

Perfect example as to why I was never a fan of Riise, Aurelio etc.
These guys are getting BIG BIG money and as far as I'm concerned they need to be able to use both feet.

Bale's shot was a clear example of a left footer who can't use his right.
Should've hit the target, no question.
If that landed on crouch's, keanes or dos santos left foot they would've done better.
Hypothetical I know but i think you get my point ? 8)

Blackpool 2-0 up now and the fans are singing "we are top of the league"

They have been excellent and had a goal ruled out for offside when Taylor-Fletcher was clearly on.

Agree totally (although, I'd expect Gio to do better if it fell to his left given he's a left footer ;) ).

That was a howler from Bale and really costs us the game in the end. He knew it too.

For all their attacking players, Citeh really didn't have a look in, but for a couple of moments of dodgy defending.

David Silva and Yaya have some serious catching up to do. Both were way off the pace of the prem IMO. Man Cry won't be the top 4 threat everyone are talking them up to be. Sure they'll ruffle a few feathers along the way, but IMO, they were a complete rabble in the first 45. Hart played the game of his life and without exaggerating, it should have been 6-0 at half time.

I was really impressed with the way Spurs passed the ball around in the first 45, but really took our foot off the pedal in the 2nd, plus Man Cry actually started to play.

Anyhoo, I'm bloody nervous about Wed morning! Apparently Arsene Wenger is jealous that he doesn't get to play with Young Boys.

I agree with you DA about Silva, but I thought Yaya was more than servicable for a first game of EPL. Got some clever little balls over the top of the defence a few times. Certainly showed enough to justify 5.5 in the Fantasy comp anyway! ;)

yes he is gone.

Liverpool at anfield is never easy at anytime of the year or at any time they are in a rebuilding stage or top 2 side. Its not a gimmie going to liverppol and getting a win ever. We played like shite in the second half thanks to a mistake by jack whilshire but got a hand from the keeper .

Yeah, Yaya did a couple of good things, but not justifiable of his pricetag IMO.

He was caught on the ball a number of times, while he presumably tried to pick out the perfect pass. A couple times his passing was either intecepted or wayward, but he did improve in the 2nd half.

I found it strange that Mankini took Tevez off in the 2nd half.

Yes, his real-life price tag warrants a better display, but what a fantasy bargain!
