This year coached Bridgewater (HFL) was sacked three rounds before end of season (reason unknown to me) Bridgewater finished 8th out of 10 teams, winning 4 games.
Last year coached Onka Valley (HFL) can't give you any other details but I believe he was also sacked from there. Year before that don't know.

Was actually sacked before the season finished at Onka's I believe, so in the last 2 years has failed to coach an entire season! Pre Bridgewater/Onkaparinga Valley he coached at Aldinga for limited success.
