I am about to enter the gym again- problem is, I bulk up (from weights) & end up disillusioned when getting on the scales... :?

Just remember, it is not your actual weight but your muscle/fat ratio that matters.
When Mark Ricciutto played at 85KG, according to standard modern medical height and weight charts he was "obese", as modern charts do not take issues like small, medium, and large, frame into account.

It's funny how that got dropped from published charts as the big pharmaceutical companies marketed more and more appetite suppressing drugs.
The same happened to acceptable cholesterol levels, and acceptable blood pressure, as products to treat them if elevated developed.

Aiming for 52 - weather's warming up so I want to look nice for summer. :) I've been a bit slack for the last few months, going to start running and hiking again now though.

Not at all. I haven't started my running regime yet. :) Now that Daylight Saving's begun I can get back into it. I had to give up the running when I was pregnant but I've still got a reasonable level of fitness so I'm hoping I won't be too rooted after I first start. :?

Go for measuring your waist - if you do the work that will go down even if your mass stays teh same or goes up through increase in muscle mass. Aim for getting your waist below 100 cm or 40", then reasess after yuou reach your initial goal...

Me 93.5 kg last Wed 29/9
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
