Should be a cracking game tonight. In all honesty there is no reason Adelaide shouldnt win this one tho. From what i have seen Melbourne have been pretty ordinary this year - look pretty old and slow. A great chance to put a few demons to bed.

2-1 loss to utd. Worst game we have played for 2 seasons lucky not to lose by more. If we cant beat those pricks now we never will.

I've just watched the hi-lights of the Victory/Adelaide game and
thought that the goal keeping on two of the goals, er.. left
a lot be desired, to be polite. And this seems, to me, a constant theme
of all games/hi-lites that I've seen this year.
Would I be correct in saying that goal keeping is the most woeful aspect of
Australian soccer?
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

not the goalkeeping, it was robbie bloody cornthwaites fault on both. first goal he blocks eugenes view and turns his body away from the ball. 2nd goal was bought about because corntwaite hesitated when going for the ball on the edge of the box and everyone else slid over to cover, leaving hernandez to come in at the back. just not good enough

Thats a harsh call. I watched it from stat to finish and thought it was one of the best A-leagues games i've watched both teams were attacking with purpose even thought victory dominated the second half Adelaide in the first half and the last 10 mins were unbealivable. I have never jumped out of my chair that amount of times in those last 10 mins there was action every end of the park!!
