Thursday 11 November to Saturday 13 November

The South Australian Cricket Association is pleased to announce that Adelaide Oval's new Western Grandstand will open its doors to Members for the first time this week as South Australia host England in its three day International Tour Match starting here on Thursday.

Offering a unique perspective of the iconic ground from premium seating and hospitality areas over four levels, we are sure you will agree that this state-of-the-art facility has been well worth the wait and we encourage all Members to bring along their friends and family to share the experience. I made a comment that I wanted to see Ed Cowan play for Aus...

It may only be Aus A, but it may be as close as I get...

Hope he nails them!

England have confirmed that their first-choice bowling attack will travel to Brisbane early to prepare for the first Test and therefore miss the final tour match against Australia A in Hobart. James Anderson, Stuart Broad, Steven Finn and Graeme Swann will leave the main squad on Wednesday and head to Queensland to being their acclimatisation for the opening Ashes encounter.

Make it a bit easier for the Australia A boys to get some runs on the board ;)

Clint McKay has been added to the Australia A team to take on England in Hobart, after the young left-armer Mitchell Starc was ruled out with a side strain. Australia A Ed Cowan, Phillip Hughes, Usman Khawaja, Cameron White (capt), Callum Ferguson, Tim Paine (wk), Steven Smith, Steve O'Keefe, Clint McKay, Mark Cameron, Peter George.

7.2 Shahzad to Khawaja, no run, plays and misses outside off

First instinct would not be that this was Aust A vs England.

Hughes is in danger of disappearing into 'could've beens' obscurity.....

Totally agree with that GN. Can't play a career on 2-3 innings. wish i was watching it live as Khawaja looks like a lively type.
