Surely with him no longer on board the bandwagon will gain momentum and becomes a heck of a lot more manouverable.
Not to mention adding to the longevity of the shock-absorbers.
Would think if Ango are going to have any hope of making finals they need to beat sides like Gawler.
Will Daysof be included in this 2 day fixture or purely a 1 day specialist......bowler.
Look forward to seeing him and his spin-twin Matthew Doecke operating from both ends in a few weeks time,
Normy would be loving that he didnt have to face Doecker last week after last time,
he is rapidly becoming Doeckers Darryl Cullinan, haha.

Mate i will tip against us all year then i cant lose. If we get beat at least i got my tip right and if we won who cares bout the tips

Any games get started on Saturday as no scores are up on MyCrricket.

Ango and Centrals played a full day with Ango winning the toss and bowler due to the fact the Klemm was unavailable next week and was going to be subbed. Ango boys bowled well in the conditions but struggle to pick up wickets in the 1st session and at an early tea break (due to the weather) Centrals were 1/88. It rained for most of the day and after the early tea break Angaston were able to get on top and took 9/60 to dismiss Centrals for 148. Ben Klemm decided to turn it on for the boys and bowled well and picked up 5 scalps while brothers Brett and Ben Burgess chipped in with two each and young Ben Budha McHendrie took 1. In reply Angaston are 2/40 with JR Rudiger and Josh Adamson set for a long stints as Square leg umpires next week.

Is Burgess Snr in the middle, or did he send the night watchmen in?

Ben Burgess 2 wickets!!! Does he still bowl his tweekers??? I was at a game at ango a couple years ago where he bowled to young bo wall. Who put him over the fence 4 times in the one over, surely he has gone back to bowling his little in swingers!!!!

Woodards is no night watchman, why isn't Woodards still opening the bat?
Bumped into him on Saturday night, think he might be on the roids!!!

Yeah Woody is only playing a few games this year when he gets some free time from the gym.. This is why he is not opening, apparently he has now got a bat even Kocho would struggle to lift, but this is because while he is down the non strikers end he can be doing some bicep curls, this way he doesn't waist a day out of the gym. =D

Thanks for clearing that up Scud.
Did BN Fuller, the 2010/11 cricketer of the year add any points to his tally on the weekend?

BN Fuller is still refusing to take his ukele'le to games, is a real shame,
would make it look like less of a group cuddle and more like 2 & 3/4 barbershop quartets harmonising.
Saturdays must feel pretty hollow to you these days Duke, instead of toiling away with bouncer after bouncer
from the Netball court end at Ango, you have been reduced to agonising over how Bill Fuller is going and
wondering if you have maybe spent your $5 a little frivalously in backing him at $2.40.
Though it is no surprise to any Duke followers out there that the majority of your time is spent
dwelling on exceptionally small amounts of money.

No duke, unfortunately Fuller had a bad day sat, sandy faced 16 overs and he is already out. I did hear that he was meant to be at a party sat night but was seen buying a box of tissues and heading in the mallala direction late sat afternoon and was not seen sat night! Has anyone contacted him since his failure, maybe they should touch base.

Can someone from riverton tell me if it was the same Hoskins that signed to play B grade football for hamley bridge on sat night that plays for tea tree gully cricket club??? If so I can imagine the HB boys will try to sign him for cricket out there next year. Would be the biggest signing in that cricket league since Ben Burgess played out there 5 years ago and made 1400 runs in the season..

Classic. =D. Old mate Gav would be happy the cockies got a home game finally atleast if the boys take too long after the game (socializing and being good blokes and not rude or arrogant) he can just walk home, instead of disturbing the misses..

Keep providing the comedy guys , gives me a laugh when I get home .

Just for everyone on hear I do have other issues apart from my batting average at the moment to deal with.
I did leave before Gav on sat arvo, called into Gawler centrals on my way home and watched centrals lose 4 wickets in 6 overs. Even gave a toot when king was dismissed .
Back to the creek it is.

Gav usually doesnt mind having a beer with the opposition after the game. Just think he has a mutual dislike of ango.

not sure why that would be, and what's happened in previous 12 months I remember him having a beer after T20 last year at Ango, reckon if any two teams should get along in the 1's it's sandy and ango as they both play the game the way it should be played, hard on the field and drink up off the field..

How do you find Angaston Jimbob??
